SHRUB: Old-fashioned way of preserving fruit by drawing out the juices in sugar and adding vinegar for keeping.
Made seasonally so the flavors will change often. Made with organic sugar (from Florida) and PA made vinegars.

Rhubarb Sour- Add a little pucker to your cocktails, loads of fresh rhubarb flavor with a sour finish. Great for margaritas, whiskey sours and more!
Cherry Time Bomb- Think, Spicy Cherry Pie! Made with local sour cherries and cherry peppers for a nice, sweet, tart and spicy blend. Use with and spirit of choice, I love it with whiskey, or just add to seltzer for a soda treat.
Use in cocktails or mocktails at a 1:4 ratio
